Heirs - We're Halfway There!

Just finished Part III today - halfway there!

I've reached a milestone! I finished Chapter 24 today which completes Part III. According to the word count, > 57K, looks like I'm on track for an approximate 114K word count if we were to just double it. That sounds good. Of course, who knows how close that will be.

How long will it take? Another unknown. I had an idea for a western, so I felt I needed to write those introductory chapters. I'm trying not to let that interfere with the momentum on "Heirs" though. And, of course, once I've reached "The End," editing and polishing needs to happen.

More story ideas keep popping into my head.

Did I mention I retired from my 45+ year "day job"? Now I have more time to write and evidently more time for additional stories to pop into my head.
